Shipping & Delivery Policy – Candy Dandy

At Candy Dandy, we are committed to delivering your products as quickly as possible and in the best condition, while ensuring quality and food safety standards.
This policy applies to all orders fulfilled through the Candy Dandy online store within the Arab Republic of Egypt and is subject to Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its Executive Regulations.


1. Delivery Areas

·       We provide delivery services to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

·       In some remote or distant areas, delivery times may vary, or additional shipping fees may apply. You will be notified in advance before shipping your order.

·       In rare cases, we may have to cancel your order if delivery to your location is not possible. You will be notified immediately, and any payments made will be refunded.


2. Delivery Timeframes

·       Cairo and Giza: 1 to 4 business days.

·       Other governorates: 3 to 10 business days, with possible slight delays during peak seasons or public holidays.

·       Delivery time is calculated from the date of order confirmation and payment.

·       All mentioned timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Fees

·       Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the order.

·       We may offer free shipping promotions during certain periods or when a minimum purchase value is met, as announced on our official website.


4. Order Receipt

·       Please ensure that the delivery address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.

·       Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package immediately. If there is any damage or shortage, take clear photos and notify us within 24 hours via email: info@candy-dandy.com.

·       Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.


5. Delivery Delays

·       While we strive to meet the stated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions or courier issues).

·       We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information or delivery addresses provided by the customer.


6. Re-delivery

·       If the courier is unable to deliver the order due to no response or incorrect address details, the shipment will be returned to us.

·       If you wish to have it re-delivered, additional re-shipping fees may apply.


7. Important Notes

·       Food products are sensitive to temperature; therefore, we recommend receiving your shipment immediately upon arrival.

·       For refrigerated items or chocolates during the summer, special packaging may be used to maintain temperature, which may incur additional fees.

·       We are not responsible for any damage resulting from delayed receipt of the shipment by the customer after it has been handed over by the courier.
