Return and Exchange Policy – Candy Dandy
At Candy Dandy, we value your complete satisfaction with the products you purchase from our store and are committed to providing high-quality items that meet food safety and health standards.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and exchange policy is designed in accordance with the provisions of Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, specifically Articles 17 and 21, which exclude perishable food products from the right of return or exchange except in specific cases.
1. Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange only in the following cases:

If the product is damaged or was damaged during shipping.

If the product is expired upon receipt.

If you received a product different from the one you ordered.
2. Timeframe for Submitting a Return Request

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by email at: info@candy-dandy.com.

You must provide a clear photo of the product, its packaging, and the invoice.
3. Conditions for Accepting a Return

The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

The packaging must be intact and complete with all labels.

Returns or exchanges due to change of mind or dislike of taste are not accepted if the product is intact and meets specifications, as per Article (17) of the law.
4. Return or Exchange Procedure

Upon approval of your request, we will arrange for our courier to collect the product.

If the return meets the stated conditions, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be sent immediately after receiving the returned item.
5. Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions or violates the law.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
6. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all products purchased from the Candy Dandy online store within the Arab Republic of Egypt and is subject to Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its Executive Regulations.
